Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Filmooz TV mobile and Android TV application (the "App") operated by Filmooz TV ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.
The App may provide access to media content aggregated from publicly available or third-party sources. We do not host, upload, or own this content unless explicitly stated. The App acts as an index or player for streams that are already publicly available on the Internet.

The App, including its design, source code, logos, and trademarks, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Filmooz TV and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Filmooz TV name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature within it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
The App may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, or external streaming sources). Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third party.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or the availability or accuracy of any content. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Filmooz TV, its affiliates, agents, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the App.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Filmooz TV and its licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising out of your use of and access to the App, or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Filmooz TV operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect via the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
